Currently, Alex is a member of the Coventry 1st XV squad in the Green king IPA championship and has a wealth of experience having amassed over 50 caps in both the Premiership and Championship following stints at Northampton Saints, London Welsh and London Scottish.

Zandy Neasham

RFU Agent & Director - SD

Zandy is one of the Directors of the OCM Sports Division, and also a registered RFU Agent. After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a Business Management degree, Zandy joined a global sports management agency as part of the commercial team, His role mainly consisted of sourcing new commercial partners for clients, alongside the day-to-day management of a former England rugby captain. He then moved to a sports marketing agency where he worked with rights holders, brands, athletes and governing bodies to develop strategic partnerships across sport and entertainment. This then led Zandy to a rugby agency as a player agent, where he was responsible for negotiating player contracts with leading clubs in Europe and generating off-field income streams for clients through commercial and media work.
As an RFU Registered Agent, Zandy’s priorities are to ensure that our clients are maximizing their earning potential on the field, whilst also working with the OCM Wealth team to prepare them for life after rugby. Rugby is a short career and a key part of his role is to provide the necessary contacts and knowledge for career development and professional financial support.
Zandy is Northamptonshire born and bred, but now lives in London. He has recently signed up for a 70.3 Ironman in Portugal which has led to any of his free time being taken up by swimming, cycling or running!

James Grayson

Associate

James began his relationship with OCM at the start of 2017 when the company sponsored him at Northampton Saints. This then developed further in September 2017 when he fulfilled the role of Associate. He hopes that over the course of a long career he can continue to work with OCM to gain an in depth understanding of the company, as well as completing industry exams.

James has recently taken part in the England under 20’s Six Nations campaign and hopes as his career progresses he can move one step further and play for the seniors. He aspires to one day play for the Lions following in his Dads footsteps. James has one more year on his contract at the saints and his goal is to sign a senior contract once the year has run out. Having made 9 first team appearances in the 2017/18 season it is likely that this goal will be achieved.

James is very understanding that a rugby career is only one that lasts a short period of time. Hopefully his time with OCM over coming years will set him up for life after rugby, as he wishes to make further steps into the financial industry once he retires from professional sport.

Aside from OCM, when James isn’t training and playing for Northampton or England, he is still very active, whether it be playing Golf or Cricket. He also enjoys watching the majority of sports and is an avid supporter of Manchester United. A lot of James’ time is consumed in sports, so when he does have down time he enjoys spending it with his family and friends.
