Harry recently concluded a four year Accounting & Finance degree at Nottingham Trent University including a year in industry placement at Experian Data Quality in London. Most of his academic study has led him towards a career in Finance and his industrial placement allowed him to experience numerous areas of the sales and business operations workflows of an internationally focused FTSE 100 organisation.

As a graduate, Harry is looking forward to gaining experience across OCM business streams and developing skills gained in industry and academia in order to add value in a client-facing environment. He is particularly looking forward to the opportunity of combining his financial planning and tax management learning with account management, as well as having direct contact with clients.

James Grayson

Associate

James began his relationship with OCM at the start of 2017 when the company sponsored him at Northampton Saints. This then developed further in September 2017 when he fulfilled the role of Associate. He hopes that over the course of a long career he can continue to work with OCM to gain an in depth understanding of the company, as well as completing industry exams.

James has recently taken part in the England under 20’s Six Nations campaign and hopes as his career progresses he can move one step further and play for the seniors. He aspires to one day play for the Lions following in his Dads footsteps. James has one more year on his contract at the saints and his goal is to sign a senior contract once the year has run out. Having made 9 first team appearances in the 2017/18 season it is likely that this goal will be achieved.

James is very understanding that a rugby career is only one that lasts a short period of time. Hopefully his time with OCM over coming years will set him up for life after rugby, as he wishes to make further steps into the financial industry once he retires from professional sport.

Aside from OCM, when James isn’t training and playing for Northampton or England, he is still very active, whether it be playing Golf or Cricket. He also enjoys watching the majority of sports and is an avid supporter of Manchester United. A lot of James’ time is consumed in sports, so when he does have down time he enjoys spending it with his family and friends.
