Designed for families with £10m+ in wealth and genuinely complex affairs
The questions that keep wealthy families awake are rarely about investments.
Over the years we have found that the concerns families raise with us tend to revolve around a small number of questions.
- 01 Who is coordinating everything?
- 02 What happens if I die?
- 03 Are my children prepared?
- 04 Are my advisers working together?
- 05 Is the family becoming more complex than the wealth?
As wealth grows, families find themselves managing multiple advisers, Family Investment Companies, trusts, property portfolios, household employees, succession planning and increasingly complex family dynamics. What begins as successful wealth creation gradually becomes a family enterprise — one that needs coordination, structure and oversight.
Most wealthy families don’t need another adviser. They need someone to coordinate the ones they already have.
Designed for families whose financial lives have become complicated.
Our Family Office service typically supports:
Business owners and entrepreneurs
Running a business while the personal balance sheet grows alongside it.
Preparing for a sale or liquidity event
Where the transaction is the beginning of the complexity, not the end of it.
Family Investment Companies or trusts
Structures that need administering, reporting on and governing properly.
Property-owning families
Multiple assets and ownership structures needing consolidated oversight.
Multi-generational families
Wealth that has to pass down, together with the responsibility for it.
Families employing household staff
Payroll, contracts and HR obligations that come with private employment.
Many of our clients already have trusted solicitors, accountants and investment managers. What they lack is someone coordinating them. That is where OCM Family Office adds value.
Built by a family,
for families
Over the last quarter of a century we have built our business, raised our family, navigated succession planning, managed growth and faced many of the same questions our clients ask themselves today — who is coordinating everything, are the right structures in place, will the next generation be prepared, and how do we preserve not just wealth but harmony.
We understand the realities of managing family wealth because we manage it ourselves. We advise from experience as well as expertise.
Jason and Charlie lead every family relationship personally, supported by the wider team — deliberately, because families value advice from the family that owns the business.
Integrated advice. Intelligent outcomes.
Exceptional wealth management needs more than good independent advice. It needs alignment — proactive investment oversight and integrated tax planning pulling in the same direction.
Independent Financial Advice (IFA)
Whole-of-market advice, never tied to a provider’s products.
Discretionary Fund Management (DFM)
In-house investment management, with decisions made by our own Investment Committee.
Specialist Tax & Intergenerational Planning
Comprehensive tax planning built into the strategy rather than bolted on afterwards.
All under one roof. All working together. All focused on your family’s wealth.
Three families,
three kinds of complexity.

How is my money protected?
OCM Wealth Management Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FCA Registration No. 418826. Please note the FCA does not regulate all areas of tax planning, estate planning or IHT planning.
Can you help prepare our children for inheriting?
Yes, and we consider it central rather than optional. We provide wealth, trustee and governance education, family meetings, family constitutions and charters, and next-generation development because many families transfer wealth successfully, and far fewer transfer responsibility, values and purpose.
Do you handle things beyond investments payroll, property, bill payment?
Yes. Alongside wealth, tax and investment management we run family office operations: banking coordination, bill payment, cashflow, accounting and reporting, property administration, document management, and both company and household payroll with full HR support.
What happens in a first meeting?
A free, confidential review. You meet the adviser, ask whatever you need to, and we identify where governance, succession readiness, adviser coordination, family enterprise structures, legacy planning or long-term stewardship could be improved. No obligation, and nothing to prepare.
Who will actually look after my family?
Jason and Charlie lead every family relationship personally, supported by a Family Office team of ten. That is deliberate: families value advice from the family that owns the business, and it guarantees continuity.
I already have a solicitor, an accountant and an investment manager. Why would I need you?
Most of our clients arrive exactly like that. What they usually lack is a single point of coordination. We become the hub working with your existing advisers rather than replacing them so there is one strategy and one relationship instead of several running in parallel.
How are your fees structured?
A single ongoing annual fee of 0.50%, covering discretionary investment management and full access to the Multi Family Office including strategic advice, adviser coordination, tax planning and return services, platform and administration, and access to our specialist team. There will be additional 3rd party fees including Platform and Fund Manager fees.
How much wealth do I need for your Family Office service?
Our Family Office is designed for families with [£10m+] in wealth and genuinely complex affairs typically multiple advisers, corporate or trust structures, property, or a business. If you are below that, our Wealth Management service may be the better fit and we will say so.
