In House Investment Strategy

Developing investment strategies and reviewing them with clients is where OCM Wealth Management and the founder Jason Stather-Lodge really have added value in the last decade and is the basis against which our reputation has been forged. At outset, we agree the outcome a client is trying to achieve and then we work with that outcome in mind in being proactive in relation to the asset strategy and asset allocation at all times, in line with the client's attitude to investment risk and reward.

We do not believe in using one investment strategy whether it is passive, active, alpha, beta or using the efficient market frontier, or one asset class. What we do is blend them all and when appropriate, we use each strategy and asset or collection of them for a period of time, based on what economic conditions are prevailing. This means that we can be flexible and move strategy to try and achieve the highest potential return, with the least amount of risk. This does not mean we are psychic or guaranteeing positive returns, it just means we are aggressive in relation to the asset allocation, as this is where we believe the added value lies in relation to managing a client’s portfolio.

It goes without saying that at OCM we can invest into all collectives at no initial cost and with reduced annual management charges. It does not matter whether we are looking at an investment portfolio or offshore bond, the deals we get with fund managers are always passed on and in addition to that, there are no switch charges levied by the contracts if we use our services as custodian.

We are always conscious of putting you the client at the centre of what we do and by doing this, we ensure that your needs are addressed and objectives achieved.
